Mission Bay Parking Garage

H+A is the associate architect to Gensler Associates for the Mission Bay Parcel 3 Parking Garage, a 6 level parking structure across from the Gladstone Research Building. The parking structure provides 810 parking spaces and 41 secure bicycle spaces for the surrounding development. A metal mesh blankets the building, screening the view of cars from the freeway and Potrero Hill. The designer also provides for a landscaped green screen along the lower levels of the garage to create a pedestrian-friendly environment.
